is VPN dangerous ?

i plan to buy a ebay seller account from recommended member here.
but before i buy that account and start my new business on ebay, i have a few question.


1. of course i will need VPN. i read a few article on blog, they said that some VPN is dangerous ? they can steal your account ?

2. please let me know reccomended VPN provider which have stable connection.
good price, good quality and good credibility.

P.S:
we are talking about the dangerous of VPN provider not about VPN method. i know that vpn is secure. But not secure if the vpn provider stealing and cheated your account, right?
