This is awesome news. I just closed a bank account and emptied my PayPal. I got a letter from a customer saying that they are going to open a dispute because of an item not being as described. However the seller account was blocked by ebay so after I sold my last item I just closed my checking account. So there is no way that ebay can somehow try and get the dispute money for this item through Wells Fargo because I closed the account right?

No they cannot get their funds if their are no active fund sources on file.

paypal will just send what you owe to a collection agency to never get paid. I have a couple account in the past that have a balance like that. I just ignored them.
