i phoned them today to try to set up online banking, i also transfered some money to the account number on the letter.

The guy said id need to wait for my card to sign up for online banking but did verify that the account number and sort i gave him were an account with them. He said its just standard wording and i should get my card soon

Cross my fingers the natwest comes through too, just sent that off without any id.

^ Oh yeah by the way, Internet banking has to set up over the phone with co-op.

All I remember is I had a verified PayPal after about 6 days of opening the co-op account online.
