Well normally, if you have PP and EB combined you only need to add CC, I'm lost as to why they are asking for id. Did you use a VCC or a real one? I used a vcc on one account and they asked me for id.

Is this a stealth account or your own?

i called to ebay to get verified and was told to fax in id and utility bill. i hung up called again 30 secs later, a different person helped me and i got verified by answering their security questions . just keep calling i guess
