So i sell electronics and i got a claim from one guy 1 month ago just until now telling me somebody contacted via my feedback even though i have 100 percent feedback, but that the item i sold him is a knock off and he wants his money back which is not true, but whoever emailed him/her convinced him/her. so im about to make every listing i have a private from now on. is that good way?

hmm, never even considered making my stealth listings private but this is a good point. On the other hand, I thought that buyer's ID's were partially blocked on the bid/buy list anyway?

Yea, but once they leave feedback somebody can go to your feedback profile and click on the username and contact him for personal reasons and make some excuse up.
