Setting up New Stealth

Hi All,

Recently bought the stealth guide, good read I must say.

I have the following questions:

1. Can I use my next door neighbours address or is it too close?

If anything gets sent there in my name she would give to me anyway..

2. I've read about the name variantions, but can I change my 2nd name slightly?

neighbour's address is fine - but are you selling the same items? If yes, I think you should wait a while and list something else.

Is your first name common - can it be easily adapted?
Surname - change it slightly.

ok cool - first name has 2 spellings, mine is the uncommon way, so can I spell it the common way, i.e. change 1 letter? (4 letters total)

if my 2nd name was 'football' can I put it in as 'foot' ?

I would not use second name veriation, i would only use first and not change the first letter of that.

i would only change sencond if i was really stuck.

why do people talk about a complete new name, yet others say only use slight variations??

Many reasons ng87. One thing is for returning items - registered to a slignt variation of name is easier to receive than complete name. Other reason is some folx still are afraid for their banks.

There is also supposed to be checks, some say credit checks, but a company has to ask your permission before running a credit check. However paypal do have a habit of ignoring the regulations and pointing to their terms.
But they could easily run the basic address checks, that bring up names on the house.

if my surname was football - i would consider using foothall, fatball, dootball etc.
