the lady told me its 90 days since your first sale.

so if you created account on May 1 started selling on may 23 , count 90 days from may 23 then.

In most cases this is true. With my case, it is not true. My first item was sold at the end of March. I verified this in my email history. Regardless, I still have the 10 item limit... No one has run into this??

Ok, so my conclusion with this issue... When I clicked on 'request higher selling limits' ebay checked the personal details on my account against public records... When this failed since I used a name that does not exist, ebay froze me at the 10 item/mo limit unless I call to "discuss my goals."

Not sure if this is commonly known already or not... :bump:

You have to call in to increase limits. They ask for invoices first time you ask for higher limits, but not the 2nd time (at least in my case).

When they asked for invoice, they also asked for id and username written next to the id and invoice.

Just call and tell them you have 5000$ or 100 items in your inventory and you want to sell it.

Well of course I have to call now if I want my limits increased. I used slightly different info than last time so I will surely be linked. If I hadn't gotten greedy, and waited a few more days, in theory the limits should have auto-changed to 100 items/mo.
