Not sure if this is commonly known already or not...  | You have to call in to increase limits. They ask for invoices first time you ask for higher limits, but not the 2nd time (at least in my case).
When they asked for invoice, they also asked for id and username written next to the id and invoice.
Just call and tell them you have 5000$ or 100 items in your inventory and you want to sell it.
