pp verify confusion

Could anyone experienced in pp verifying please advise?

i have recently opened a new stealth pp acc and verified it with the 2 small amounts deposits.

However, when i checked the bank acc online, the 2 amounts were there, but the dd mandate was not listed, which is unusal as another recent acc I opened has this listed b4 the 2 small amounts were visible online.

I have suspicions that this acc is not set up right - and when i do list, it will backfire.

Also, eb didn't ask me to phone verify, which i thought was compulsary now.
