Ok if you accpeting paypal, instead of linking your paypal account to your ebay account, you could send a payment request to the buyers email address. So ebay doesn't know the buyer has paid you, since your paypal isn't linked?

no i have not linked my legit paypal account which is verified, to my ebay accounts. I tell buyers i accept paypal in the listing, and to contact me via email after the buyer has won the item. When they contact me, i ask them for their paypal email address, log into paypal and request the payment from their email address they gave me.

Oh ok..and you use a random email to list on ebay? one that not connected to any PP account?..are you using an old or new PP to send your invices? this might work as far as linking goes but nothing will work for limitations once the money gets rolling in on new accounts atleast..

I doubt it if you are fully verified. Also you could use this method with CCNOW

I also did this for quite some time on a few different Ebay accounts with no problems.

I just got into trouble recently and lost it all when everything became linked. I had my one PP account linked to one Ebay account and then somehow all the Ebay accounts were linked and poof...PP was then linked too!

Isn't there a link when the buyer selects it's an eBay auction payment? They enter the auction number and bam, linkage?

It's a hassle I know, but the best thing right now is one Paypal account per eBay account.

On occasion I use my old PP If I need a quick buck, but I just do a regular money request, not an invoice...but if you just tell them to pay you and give them your email address they will probably fill it out w/ the item number and stuff and that wouldn't be good...
