| dustin2br | 07-19-2011 12:15 AM | TRX suspension trainer Anyone had any issues with the TRX suspension trainer? I've seen a few for sale and they seem to be growing in popularity. |
| unkown5454 | 07-19-2011 12:45 AM | You need to be very careful with the authenticity of that product. |
| teedon | 07-19-2011 03:59 AM | Yes,be careful.our customers have some issue selling these products. |
| GrannyT | 07-19-2011 10:33 AM | I think it's another Chinese trainer Lumberjack - You know - the oriental gentleman that shows you exercises
:pop2: |
| unkown5454 | 07-19-2011 01:33 PM | TRX is big in USA, just like the other workout products that you all already know about. It's on late night infomercials just like any other bullsh*t and it sells like cocaine. |

:typing: |
| unkown5454 | 07-19-2011 01:57 PM | No, it's a silly set of ropes and bands in which you can strap to doors and whatnot to perform lots of exercises at home. The idea is not new, but the way it has been presented and it's price point is intriguing for most.
That's how you make big time cash. Rehash old ideas in a new way that magically blows people's minds. You just have to have the right funding. |
Ah like the stuff promoted by The Natural - if you have a door you have gym! |

| nobody999 | 07-19-2011 07:45 PM | this item is big time vero almost like p90x, you definitely will get taken down by amazon/ebay and sometimes you might get a nice "letter" |
| Gman91189 | 07-19-2011 08:37 PM | yea when i used to sell p90x way back when.. i was looking into other exercise dvds of the same sort.. and i noticed that TRX, i never sold it because for one..
they have THEIR OWN EBAY ACCOUNT
so basically its like trying to sell Rosetta Stone on ebay, it wont happen lol, however, if any1 has luck doing so would love to hear about it.. |
| dustin2br | 07-19-2011 11:14 PM | I did notice a guy alternating p90x, TRX, and Zumba that is still alive and has been for a while...wtf homeboy must work for Elame. |

P90X reports you to ebay for even selling 1 DVD of theirs, regardless of its authenticity, and like Gman91189 said, the maker[s] of TRX have their own ebay account that they sell their stuff on, and they also report ebay listings. So eventually you're going to get banned for selling those items. You might last a week or 2 months, but they're eventually going to get your accounts closed. |
| yellow0102 | 07-21-2011 07:57 PM | Be really careful... if you don't know what your doing, you will be blowing through accounts like crazy  |
| jeffweico | 07-21-2011 08:27 PM | Years ago (more than 25) I hadf something similar. It promised to shed inches from your waist and help to lose weight - a LOT of weight.
It was two ropes that hooked onto a door. Each rope had a pulley, and loops at each end - one that went around your ankle and the other that you would hold on to. This made leg-lifts easy and I used it religiously. Not much in the way of results, though.
When I went to my doctor for a checkup, I brought it with me. He laughed so hard, he nearly peed in his pants! He told me I had a better chance of losing weight by eating 3 meals a day at McDonald's.
These silly things seem to recycle themselves. And with the infomercial companies, they have doctors on their lists that will endorse ANYTHING for the right price. They put the package together KNOWING it is total BS to take money from innocent people. Then, they sue people who sell the knockoffs. But really, WHO IS MORE CROOKED HERE???
Anyone who knows me KNOWS I am not in favor of counterfeits. Except maybe in these cases... |
Jeffweico with the personal experience cap. |
| Gman91189 | 07-21-2011 11:36 PM | Jeff are you mad because they took your idea?
should have gotten it patented:bounce: | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 08:21 AM. | |
