But if you call up concerned, and ask for help, then yes, they will most likely side with you. If you send them a written statement in the upload documents section of the dispute, that helps a lot. Saying something like, the customer originally said this, then this, clearly he is trying to take me for a ride..... I have no other disputes, blah blah blah |
