Paying to same person/email address?

Is it ok to send payments from your Stealth PayPal to a person/company/email address that you used to send payments to using a suspended account?

A big, legit company will get a lot of trade so they probably wouldn't pick up on that, but what about a single person/email address you've sent a lot of payments to in the past? Would it still be ok to send payments to them using the Stealth PP you have now?

What do you think Elise? Do you think someone who has received a lot of payments from a suspended account would be good to send a lot of payments to?

In theory there should be no problem but personally I wouldn't do it - especially if they are similar amounts and are not for sales off ebay

in reality you should be ok.....I mean only you know you are the suspended person, they cannot look at who a suspended person sent to and then follow it forward to what other
payments the recipient gets and say its you. I mean it would be only really big cases that they would look in to manually, not the average suspension, as they have ALOT of those.

When I get payments from different ppl using the same address, I do get suspecious. Then I look at several factors.

1. Is the address a business/mail forwarder?
2. Is it a multiunit dwelling?
3. Do I qualify for seller protection?
4. Is the address confirmed?

Most of the time it'll be ok. Sometimes I'll call the contact # on eB. Once a while I'll cancel the payment.

So, it comes down to the seller. Do I bother reporting it to PP? Never.

The payments are for transactions off eBay.

My eBay account went down yesterday anyway but my PayPal account is still up and receiving payments. Well, an hour ago it was. Hopefully it still is as it has all the same Stealth info as the eBay account (wasn't linked though directly through eBay though, apart from some transactions that were completed. Fingers crossed.)

Just waiting for funds to clear in bank account so I can transfer to another bank account not associated with PayPal, and pay as a guest for these transactions. Unsure of what shipping address to use though...
