All depends on whether the funds are free and clear (items delivered, feedback left) and prior history of withdrawals. If you were limited right away, you should be ok.

Well I had plenty funds available and some pending. I still haven't withdrawn a single cent from this account :)

I forget sometimes and its been fine. As long as everything is paid off etc. everyone is happy.

Yes usually, but I'm about to ask for raising limits and faxing in documents, and I don't want to trigger anything before that.
