Verified credit card I'm guessing?? Also what is VERO? Electronics??? I bought the stealth guide, I was able to create a new PP account but excuse me for being new, I just need to know.

If you can't lift your $500 withdrawal limit bc you can't link your SSN and don't have a family member's SSN to use, will a VCC actually work???? Just asking. If you say there are threads with these answers already posted, will you please link them for me? Thank you.

VCC is commonly used acronym for "virtual credit card" and yes they can remove monthly withdraw limits.

No, VCC will not be enough to prevent paypal asking for an SSN. It's more complex.
