Under the new eBay policy, where if you create a new account EVERY account will have the seller limits, you cannot have more than one account linked to a Paypal account to get around it. So if you have one Paypal account with one ebay account with the 10/1,000 limit, you cannot create another ebay account and attach it to it. Everything has to be individual. Its alot more work trust me, but I have seen it can be done and I am currently doing it

If you have decided to do this as a means to get around selling limitations on another ebay account, then yes you are putting the 2nd account at risk. (In fact both accounts).
Ona weekly basis, ebay is changing its game. so stay in touch for the latest needs
Sadly, many sellers that had light-bulb brainwaves to do this as a work-around the selling limitations has found ebay to be unreceptive. For some it works, for others it does not.

Much depends on the account(s) items being sold etc.

However if this is for the future, both accounts getting going at the same time, it could be OK. I prefer to have my twins & triples. Others will say no and you can read their reasons.

Here's a thread from one of the converted:

NB: I stress it's imperative you fully understand the workings, the consequences AND if you have the ability to run accounts in this manner.

Yes you can, but you failed to state why you want to do this?

Like GB and vigilantex said, doing so to circumvent selling limitations would get you in some trouble.

Here are some other reasons that would be OK to do so...

Why not just sell 2 on the same account?

That is not enough sales to sell 2 items for 140.00.

Sell faster? Having a second account WONT sell anything faster.

Having good pictures, write ups, DSR's, looking legit and trustworthy etc will get you the sales.

And if you screw up on one account they both are goners.

Would also be a good idea to create my second account on a different computer user account?

No! That's the beauty of two to one grouping as it means one user account. That means one little family all together to earn you money.

But, this is why I said you gotta know what to do..
