Unhappy my horror show

hello, my name is leif and i come frome germany. i was a powerseller since 04.2009 and a top rated seller since about one year.my seller cockpit says:
99,9 positive and i hve only a few 1-2 buyer ratings. last 12 month 1265 positives - 7 neutral and 1 negative. powerseller silver.
a few days ago the horror starts. my listings was gone. i read my messages and noticed that they was ended by ebay. ok, there was a second ebay message, but not in german. i will show you:

i was perplex thought it was a mistake and called german ebay customer service. they also seemed to be a little confused and told me that the suspension was made from the usa. crazy, i had never sold any item to usa, i only sold in europe.
i sell designer sunglasses, ray ban, carrera, armani, ...
ok i, they wanted to have invoices to proove my identity an they wan't to know if i had buyed them legaly. i have a tax consultant, he manage it, with the invoiceses and all the other thinks every 1. of a month i bring hime all the paper ****. but doesn't matter a few invoiceses i had right to hand. so i deceidet not to loose much time an sent 4 invoices to the fax number with the marking, that i have much more but i must request them. this will be not a problem, if this is not enough.
1. invoice 10 sunglasses = 317 gbp
2.invoice 4 sunglasses =356 €
3. invoice151 sunglasses = 3869gbp
4. invoice 3 sunglasses=191,70€
i fax them and wait... 1 day, two day 3. day 4. day i can't sleep because i thougt about the reason of this toture.
than i called german service center again. they promised me to contact security team. i have helped. a few hours later i become the awaited message. i was happy but during read it the happiness changed in a horrify,hating,mourning. here is the message:

the restrict me from selling because i sell items with a loss. can'T the compute ?.
ok in on invoice it is fact, i had bought 4 sunglasses from an other seller for a little higher price, but only because i selled a few glasses with was out of stock and don't want problems with the buyers. but i pay rather a few euros as to become a negative. but this was 4 positions. 164 positions i have bought about 30€. i sell them between 72-82 €. is this substantial loss.
i burst out of the suit.are they the brain-amputated.
my aggression caused almost a heart attak so i grip my bike and drived 50 miles to get down. since that happened i wrote 5 messages to ebay germany an usa - nothing happened. also my calls no takers.
now i'm not shure if i should take a lawyer an fight ou tin court- the chance to win is good, because ebay has no reason to do that.
there might be one ore two accounts linked to mine, but one is my girlfriend and the other my neighbor. but i allways sold with option buy now. nobody had pushed my auctions. sometimes i had sold returns i can't sell as new to my neighbor and friend. he sold these returns also on ebay but as used in form of auction. but this doesn't stands in conflict with any ebay principles.
there is on mark in my cockpit

but i had this since april. it should be deleted in october. i have buied 200 polos and although they were authentic the vero had deletedmy listings. but it wasn't specular in any way.
can you tell me wath i should do ? i have allready make a steatlh account but i can't release. it was a hard work to become that status i had a shop and every month 25% rabatt. with stealth account i must walk that stony way again. i hope i can motivate me again, but at this point i feel like a **** heap.... yes thats my story...

Your girlfriends and neighbours accounts will go down, if they are linked to you ( Ip, cookies, address, computer, etc. ).

Best to start fresh with lots of stealth accounts, legal action will not help here I believe.

I personally use a real account with real details, which has 100 items / 5000$ limits from the start, still does not do me much good as I'm category limited for the first 90 days.

In Europe it's a bit different I believe, so others might help you here.

So you're saying you were selling authentic sunglasses? Let me tell you... if you were selling the wholoos you made it longer than most, i dabbled in oakleys about 2 months ago or less... Kickass account that i just had made like 3 months early 65 and 0 negs and i was dumb and listed a couple oakleys my supplier sent as gifts.

65- 0 5.0 dsrs guess who got shutdown? Sunglasses are high risk

I love how ebay mentions many times in the listing: We’re committed to reducing both fraud and negative buying experiences on eBay. Those *******s!

Best thing to do is to put a website and market your own website if you have that much stock or spread through accounts. I think you should have quite alot of money moving that kind of amount of merchandise.
