I used to be a huge software salesman on eBay then one day all of a sudden a buyer reports 1 tiny scratch on a disk and my eBay get shut down for a matter of weeks then months so i was losing profits then my ex-boss told me about this site and i decided to get the book best decision ever! i 100% recommend this book !

I agree, keep using stealth account for selling.
More weird buyer in eBay lately. They like open dispute, leaving negative feedback before discussing with seller
