 Moneybookers Problems
I have had moneybookers now for years! Today I tried to register another
moneybookers account (all real information) but they have changed alot of
stuff around. Has anyone noticed? First, they want you to verify your bank
account now by adding funds to moneybookers and funds have to come in
your name! Also now you cant even link a moneybookers account with eBay.
