actually i just placed ten adv,no any other reasons .even i have more than ten 100% feedback .

Copy the whole email you got from ebay and paste it on here so we know what they want, but block out your ebay username! This is the best way we can help you!

I got this too. From what I was told by ebay....

Every 30 days or when your limit is reached you will get a manual review, upon review they found that your activity was high risk, It is "for your protection". They want you to verify your idenity.

The first time this happened to my account I had to go through the 4 questionnaire and passed and account was unlimited. Then the next month I hit 10 items again and just like first time I got that message and follow-up message was to send in invoices, ID and Utility.

I did that yesterday and waiting for result. I believe one more review 90 days and then ill be good to go. If they accept the docs.

Don't call ebay and don't attempt to give them anymore info about yourself, all your doing is wasting your time and providing them with more info about yourself for them to verify. Simply make another account and move on.

If you want to ring them, you will have to use your phone number you registered with the account - you can do a spoof call.
