Please Help Me...

last weeks I bought a paypal acc verified with no selling limits...
I have try to receive money and it's work good...
but when I want to sent money, its can't completed transaction...
Please Help Me... what have I do to my paypal....

Why can't it complete transaction? What message do you get?

What does pp show about limits.

Click on the section to see if the limit state lifted or if it has an dollar amount showing.

Sounds like you are not telling the FULL STORY are you.

So the flag is USA but you are not in that country, are you.
