Default $32 worth it for a neutral removal?

Thinking of offering a buyer who never contacted me , but left a neutral, and offering a full refund for a feedback removal. worth it? $32 worth?

If you got revisions to spare, if it dinged your DSRs AND if the horizon looks OK, then yep.

By horizon looking OK, if you are sure there's nothing esle that might happen, then do it.

Depends on circumstances, of course. I have used a revision for less than that. Result = buyer brought again.

Negotiate. Contact buyer and ask what it would take to revise the neutral.
1st, apologize for any error in the sale, 2nd, try and offer a partial refund. if all else fails........ full refund, and let them keep item. Buy the way, what type of item was it, and what do you think the neutral was for?

obviously you get suspended if your LOW DSR`s mount up

so if the DSR`s from the buyer in question are really bad(low 1`s and 2`s),i would try to get them changed

LOW DSR`s are more important to get removed than a negative feedback would be

you can get 10 negs in a year and your accont still be sound but if you get 10 low DSR`s then your account is toast

Most of us would trade a 32.00 problem to keep an account in good standing and ready for he upcoming high selling season.

The 32.00 can be made up rather easily.
