eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - US Ebay Account + CA PP Account

I've read a few thread where the user info was the same thus I want to clarify. Sorry if the question is a bit stupid but it never hurts to make sure :hail:
So please be a gem and explain a bit :)

Okay so it's a "No" to link accounts of different countries to each other but what about if I link a Canadian PP account to a Canadian Ebay account but having different user info?

It will last for some time but the different user info will get the account killed sooner or later.
