US Ebay Account + CA PP Account

As the title asks, would there be any problems linking a Canadian PP account to a USA Ebay account with different user info.

Okay so it's a "No" to link accounts of different countries to each other but what about if I link a Canadian PP account to a Canadian Ebay account but having different user info?

It will last for some time but the different user info will get the account killed sooner or later.
