Paypal collections and bankruptcy?

So if i filed bankruptcy and paypal was sending me collections from months ago can I get it off with bankruptcy or no? No im not trying to say that im going bankrupt just for paypal. Im just asking.

If it's not in your name don't even think about it - they lock you up and 'love you long time' in the States for fraud

First question is this in your real name?

If yes then you can put it on your list of items to file.

If not, you just shot yourself in the foot and will open the doors to problems later.

Real name - Good to go.
Stealth name - Do not pass go, go directly to jail. Not a smart move.

Ok, then if you were sent a bill in your name you need to provide it to your bankruptcy attorney to see if it can be allowed.

Depending on your state some items are not allowed.

Most good bankruptcy attorneys give free first consultation.
