If a buyer is pissed, but already left positive feedback can they withdraw the feedback and leave a negative or no?

Im asking because i got a level 0 account feedback and this buyer is trying to school me like hes been on ebay many years and says that he wants a refund, but i must refund him first thats how it works which I know is bs. He already left positive, but I don't know if he can withdraw it and leave a negative.

No, the positive can't be changed but they can leave a bad comment as follow up feedback.

What's the reason for his aggro? Is it resolvable?

Yea, I can resolve it, but he just wants a refund for his item since it arrived doa. I offered him an exchange which he does not want. Anyways Im gonna school this dude.

Bottom line is buyer needs no schooling. YOU put it down to business, refund and move on.

The account is restricted because I need to send invoices from a week ago, but I won't be sending invoices for a very long time. I already sold what I had too there. What a hard decision.

Then send him a money order, considering it is not a large amount.

You could keep the receipt, take a pic of MO and possibly pay for DC
