Default PP glitch stills works?

Just curious to know if the well known 1 cent refund still works.

I think sometime ago if partial refunds are issued, the buyers cannot open up a dispute.

Kind of - more like if you refunded a partial sum, the rest would be available to withdraw instead of 21 day hold or such. A trick that got abused to the sky.

So I had heard - I was not really active when this policy was being used/abused.

True...If one got the 21 days limitation and make a 1 cent refund (partial one) that would lift the limitation and all would be available to withdraw....As for the "buyers cannot open a dispute" that was not the objective of my question but i guess that itīs true too because that would determine the acceptance from the buyer of all conditions.

Anyway...Itīs over now...Could use another glitch like that

Another reason that some of the issues on this board are kind of pointed to instead of saying just do it.

Not going into details but certain things when many find out they screw them up for us all.

One example is sending in docs. SOme of you know what I mean. Others, Dont even try it. You will hose it all up..

If you dont know what I mean, you will understand after weeks of research like everyone else that knows already.
