2 Ebay accounts, and one paypal account

Hi,
I read somewhere on this forum that you can have two ebay accounts to one paypal account.
I created my ebay and paypal account about a week ago. I was hoping to open another ebay account. My current ebay account was a personal account, which I upgraded to a business account as I was told I would have a larger selling limit.
When I open a new ebay account, Should I choose a personal account or a business account?

I don't follow - eb ay is buyer or seller account - I don't see the option of personal or business.

Pa yp al is personal, premier, or business.

I currently have one pp with 7 eb accounts attached which I revolved daily. Nothing notable worth selling but I am doing building experiments =)

Option to have personal or business account exists. Even in Canada
Registering as a Business
