Big indefinite suspension problem...
 
Hi Guys, i wanted some good advice.

My account was indefinatley suspended from selling due to the silly DSR ratings. I had 99% positive and 635 positive feedback.

However it seems that what is really holding me back is 9 open cases ranging from items were not as described to items not recieved. All the cases were resolved ranging from customers getting thier goods to customers getting refunds. All cases are CLOSED With some even closing themselves.

All these cases were from LAST YEAR to 6 MONTHS AGO.

My question is when do they actually drop off the seller dashboard because they light up like a red firefly. I have been calling the resolution department(based in philipines) and they say they will look into it. 3 days past and you always get that silly email saying they cant do nothing. The cases just sit there

I feel that when i have all greens, they might reinstate me.....

P.S. I have already bought stealth and know about new accounts...but you know you will always have that personal feeling for that old account..LOL:)

Ah, the longing for what is no more is cruel. Since it's ebay, I suggest leaving the account.
Certainly stop the contact with their (Great Lack of ) Customer service. The chances of their doing anything are nil and none. It might encourage them to permanently suspend. Get a staffer having a bad head day & who knows what might happen...if you get my drift.


Apart from Chrimbo lights on the sellers dashboard what other info is there?

You 'might' consider buying goodies. Get some more feedback. I gather you can still buy.

And now to the business side....DSRs are not silly. Only because they are required to have an account in good standing. You must ensure from now, not to repeat the same mistakes.
I SO understand how terrible conditions were from November to January for deliveries. Be aware now ebay wants 'perfection'. DSRs need to be checked on a regualar basis.

For your new accounts, new approach. Pitfalls are better known. Try to avoid them. :pop2:

I have about the same amount of closed disputes on my US acct and no suspension. My DSR is good, so i would say that it is not disputes that caused the suspension of ur acct
