Default Pay Pal limited trying to purchase

So one my stealth accounts pay pals got limited till i confirm address. It has been sitting for about 3 weeks. I logged on to buy a .99 cent sticker and was limited and asked for proof of address. This account is vcc and bank equipped. I am wondering what triggered this. I was on a new user, and Tethered phone. but now I am curious if my safari browser is unsafe to use? Im really dumbfounded. Im going to get documents ready and should be able to get passed this easy. Still am a little frustrated tho!

It's the new way with paypal.

No longer are they tolerant of accounts being used that are not verified AND confirmed.

They are throwing out limits much more frequently.

Accounts must BE safe to them ie, as riskless as possible.

Buying 0.99 cent items is not good.

I posted in one of your other questions that you are doing something very wrong as you are losing too many accounts.

How many pp accounts have you had limited now?

Feedback manipulation.

It is not limited to an ebook.

None of us would ever know exactly but you really need to not buy cheap items to gain feedback.

Buy things you will use, such as bubble wrap, padded envelopes etc.

I think you have some other issues with your account(s).

Slow down and go over your information, read the Stealth Book and make sure your every move is smart.

I have one pay pal limited. None of them are shut down they just want proof of address. all are stealth addresses. I don't get why buying a sticker is high risk. did it on 5 other accounts like trading cards all 99 cents. No big deal. Im wondering if it has to do with safari?

Thanks for the tips. None of the items I will receive because of stealth addresses. Ebay is not limiting me. It was pay pal, so nothing to do with feedback manipulation in my eyes. I think its because I tried to use the 1.95 balance from the verification process. I believe if i just used the card on file, I would of been fine.

you need to think out of the box

stick to the basics BUT

do not make it obvious you are stealth, buy some meaningful things

a pair of jeans,a good phone cover,a new jacket,a nice little cottage in the countyside

you gotta blend in,just buying 10 99p items is gonna make you stick out like a white man in harlem

I have used the $1.95 from verification and never got limited buying.

Coupons work good for me... Or gift cards.... I search for e-gift cards... The seller is usually willing to send them in email so I can use them at the BBQ place down the street...jk Actually all the pizza e-gift cards I bought really came in handy this Sunday! I was pizza king...lol

Well I have bought very low items (<0.99) on a new accounts steady then turned it into seller with success. A lot depends on how you operate - if you buy 10 99 cent items then right away sell and sell something HIGH RISK, you can bet your chances of survival are low.
