This is going to sound retarded, but how does a Virtual Bank account differ from a real bank account?

Is it the same a a VCC, like Entropay?

If so, how will this help anybody doing stealth, as you would still need to sign up in your real details to obtain the Virtual Bank account, the same way you sign up for a VCC on Entropay.

Surely then the same amount of effort will be undergone getting a Virtual Bank account as a "real" bank account??? :suspicious:

ebayking - you or another person who sells them to you, can create alot of sub accounts, a bit like entropay but they are bank acc with its own sort and acc number. Used soley for verification, no withdrawals to it, then you need to find a way to withdraw money out in other ways.....

Although not as basic as US VBA's thinkbanking.com are now doing a VBA with a mastercard and bank account number. It's a fairly long winded application process though (on phone), and it does verify your identity (as required by UK law).

It's about £14/month.

Not much good for most people, but if you have difficulty opening ordinary bank accounts, and you want someone who doesn't care about your credit rating, this will do the trick.
