Default Vero for an original memory card?!

I've just got a vero warning for an original used kingston memory card...
It was removed from my HTC phone, which I've bought from local t-mobile (didn't know they are now using ⊗⊗⊗⊗?:D)

Anyway, is there a way to appeal the VERO, or should I just let it go? I'm building feedback for this account, don't have any much sales but I want to use this account before xmas for big selling...

They didn't suspend the account, just sent a warning...but I guess they keep them on file forever...that's why an appeal would be great - I'm 100% sure the card is original, so maybe they'd remove the vero warning from the account if i win?

Here are some reasons:

-Limited/No Feedback
-High Risk Item, New Seller
-Other suspicious items
-Used other sellers or manufactures photos/description

Definitely not a good start on a new account, but isnt the end of the world. I think if you would have spent a little time reading on here you would notice listing high risk items on new accounts whether they are foo-foo items or real is never a good idea.

Previous poster is correct. With no feedback or proper selling history, they will slam you all day long for high risk items.
