Default How long would you have to "cook" an account before you can list items at will?

Pretty simple question, but I'm sure it is not an easy answer. On my previous legitimate non-stealth account, I would only use it ever few months at a time, but I would list a TON of video games (like ~100-~1000) games at a time in 7 day auction format. I would advertise my games for sale within all of my listings, and offer combined shipping as an incentive to get more people to buy. My shipping rates were $4.99 for the first game, and $2.49 for each item after that. The fact that I had so many games and advertised my other auctions in every listing I made would drastically increased my profits, and it didn't cost me that much extra in shipping to just bundle a few games together and ship them off to the same user, so I actually would make more money in combined shipping. I noticed that when I would only list a few games at a time, they would sell for significantly lower than when listing a bunch of games at a time.

I know that you can not just make a brand new account anymore and begin listing tons and tons of games right away, or else it would get banned. You have to act like a n00b and build up trust within the eBay system. So my question is, how long would you have to "cook" an account before being able to list items at will? I would like to get to the point where I can freely list items and withdraw money from Paypal to a bank account. Any insight provided is highly appreciated.

100 plus feedback seller wise selling low risk items and buying things here and there. That will give you a lot better chance, but still no guarantee.

This has been asked tons of times over and over on this forum.

There is no set number but many say 50-100 while a few here go for it after 10 or so.

Risk are higher for low numbers so if you are a risk taker and have some accounts in waiting then go for it.

For me, I like to get to 50 or so before I go crazy on listing.

It also depends on what you are listing and how many items you plan on listing also.
