Never used one. I would assume you go on their gift card site and log in. That is if they actually allow you to add a billing address.

I hate Amercan Express gift card they are a pain.. if you trying to use for alertpay.. dont even try wont work.. anyway.. you have to call them and register the card thats the only way to register.. you cant register it online
