Way to avoid providing SSN when limited?

Hi all,
I need you to shed some light on this. I got limited on one of my stealth acc.PayPal that is, eBay currently doing just fine. Got asked to provide everything beginning with utility bill ending with SSN and since it is not an account in my name how can I avoid the SSN number? I had to get creative before and it was not a problem but this seems to be something I can't jump over. If i provide a SSN obviously not matching the one on the acct are they gonna do a closer research on the account, address ,credit etc?If you call them can you beg them not to ask for that one thing, when you provide literally everything else?
I cannot seem to find an answer that answers this question directly as all topics are only somewhat related to this.
I would really appreciate your experiences with such thing cause I want to be able to do something to get this 3700$ out of there if possible, if not, fine, i will wait the 180 days but does not hurt to ask and maybe it can work.

Long and short of this is the answer is no. If they are asking for a SSN then you can't get around that. But if you had a business Paypal account then they may accept a EIN#.

Yeah that will work until they do a follow up and match the name with the EIN name. Kinda stuck on that I think.
