No SSN available paypal limited

SO paypal is asking for a SSN on my stealth, which I cant give, so my account is limited. How do I go about getting the 180 day hold started?

I have some Russian websites (I know how to read Russian) where they actually sell ssn LOL!

yeah figured that was my only option. this is an older account back when I wasnt acareful about my stealth tactics so hopefully wont be an issue for future accounts
