Help - Adobe Acrobat 8 - can't edit pdf file to change address

I tried omnipage 16 scanned my bank statement, it doesn't scan the logo of the bank properly and the barcode looks messed up. So trying to scan the bank statement as a pdf with adobe acrobat, however i can't edit the pdf file - change address details, can anyone please help, need to do this for my reinstatement docs got to send early next week, anyone able to help

Adobe reader won't let you edit a pdf.. you need something like this:

its Adobe Acrobat 8, its a reader and editer, tried nitro can't get it to change the text as well, feeling really angry with myself now

Unless the PDF is locked, you should be able to edit it. I know Nitro can do it, I do it all the time with my pdfs. Keep trying.
