I just called in and was transferred to collections to paypal and I had a negative balance of 50 bucks which I just paid with a debit card and my account should be unlocked in 1-2 business days told me this man. I guess when its unlocked it will still be limited lol.

i just got a collections letter the other day first in about 4 years from a ebay old ebay account that i forgot about that got suppended and they want me to pay the fees on it.
