Why am I getting these emails 6 months later after the case has already been resolved? Is the buyer trying to open it again or its a system glitch?

It's not a glitch Fandango! Like I have said before Ebay is onto you. It is only a matter of time before you hear a knock on your door at 3am from the Ebay police :mod:

sure it is same buyer, might be another buyer who is out of time limit, they inform you of it but no case gets opened

Lol funny same ting just happened to me TODAY, on an item I sold in JUNE 2010 really??? Lol. I saw the email and laughed

I spoke with ebay today and I had trouble getting through because of a glitch in their system sending people these emails and everyone was calling in. They have a recorded message apologizing for it when you call in.

It's gotta be a glitch. I got one of these too. It even said that the buyer tried to open a case on 06/12/2011 (whatever date about 6 months ago). Weird..

I got 2 of those and just deleted them as they were like ages old!
