Why am I getting these emails 6 months later after the case has already been resolved? Is the buyer trying to open it again or its a system glitch?

It's not a glitch Fandango! Like I have said before Ebay is onto you. It is only a matter of time before you hear a knock on your door at 3am from the Ebay police :mod:

Ha Cardo is on top of this thread as I knew he would be - I was hoping to type but then *magically appearing* is Cardo's thread!

But I refunded the case 6 months ago. Why is it sending me this?

sure it is same buyer, might be another buyer who is out of time limit, they inform you of it but no case gets opened

Lol funny same ting just happened to me TODAY, on an item I sold in JUNE 2010 really??? Lol. I saw the email and laughed

I feel good that im not the only one. Thank you for coming to my rescue.

I spoke with ebay today and I had trouble getting through because of a glitch in their system sending people these emails and everyone was calling in. They have a recorded message apologizing for it when you call in.

I got those same emails as well lol.....

Cardo will do what needs to be done - he is mandated to do so...

It's gotta be a glitch. I got one of these too. It even said that the buyer tried to open a case on 06/12/2011 (whatever date about 6 months ago). Weird..

i got the same email from ebay saying it was a glitch

I got 2 of those and just deleted them as they were like ages old!
