which vcc to verify paypal

So I need to add a credit card to paypal to life my monthly withdrawal limit of $500...my queastion is which card will work for this and do I need to register the credit card with the stealth info so the zip code matches? Thanks in advance

Vanilla Visa still works - buy it and register the card to the zip code of your pp account.

Vanilla has also been working for me recently. Not much luck with the AMEX cards... I want to try a Target Visa card.
