Is it from Auctiva or some options in Ebay?

They've probably done it themselves using Photoshop of paint or something, it's not hard to do.

I think it looks a bit tacky to be honest or perhaps I'm just a snob?

It doesn't look pretty or anything like that. But when I saw it among other lists, I had to go click it right away. That's all I need :D.

If you look at the bottom of the listing it says "Templates powered by Use.com"
