Do you guys think if one has foreign passport, he can use it for stealth? But the name and DOB are the same, unless....you know what I mean.

Because Paypal accounts are VERY vulnerable to limitations when they are young irreguardless if they are Business accounts or Not,,,When a Premier account gets limited I have found that because of the new tax law that Paypal will AUTOMATICALLY ask you for a SSN OR EIN,,,

If you have a Business account to begin with, well then Paypal already has an EIN for you, so you open yourself up for Paypal asking you for a SSN immediatly if they limit you for the first time.
