Quick eb@y fee question
 

Ok, a buyer purchases an item from me. Pays and i ship the item and everything. He wants a refund. I get the item back and issue the refund. The pp fee is reversed but what about the eb*y fee?

Do i have to open a case with eb*y to get that fee back? Or does it automatically refund it to me?

If he has not opened a case on eb, you need to do a Transaction Cancellation case. Otherwise, you won't get the fee back automatically.

I kinda did. I remember asking to cancel these type of transactions a long time ago. But as i started selling i've just been forgetting about it.

It happens - sometimes you take eb for granted...they like to screw around and make a lot of tasks manual so folx forget to do things...

Exactly... just another way to keep our money. It's actually a pretty smart tactic. To be successful you gotta think like a crook.
