Default Message from Entropay with spelling mistakes...scam???

Ok so have registered fora newaccount on entropay and ofcourse they requested Docs as usual but the message i recieved had a spelling mistake and two words did not have a space between them.

Is this normal practice for Entropay or a scam.

I recieved the message when i logged into my account.

Has anyone experienced this.

im concerned it may be a scam.

All advice would be very welcome.

If you've just signed up and you got the message when you logged in to your account then I would guess it's unlikely to be a scam. Would a scammer have been able to know so quickly that you had just opened a new account? I doubt it.

BTW Lots of companies have spelling mistakes in their emails and even web sites especially if they are based overseas and English is not necessarily their first language.

Ok but spelling mistakes are a big part of ascam thats why i tought it was. I doubt a scammer would be that quick to realise i have just opened a another account but you never know so i thought i would see if anyone else has had the same message.

I never had a spelling mistake from EP before myself. however, if the message is inside your EP account, then chances are it is not a scam.

Send them an email

support@entropay.com

from your email address.
Ask them to confirm all recent activity from them.....

Their service has changed in the past months including typos etc. They should answer back
