Buyers cannot see my feedback rating
 

This recently happen to one of my eBay seller accounts, everything works fine, I still get sales and moeny still flow into my palpal account, but whenever I click on the feedback numberto see the feedbacks buyers left for me, eBay shows internal errors, aksing me to try it later but it's been 4 days already, it never fixed.

Strange though if I log into my eBay seller account, I can still see all the feedbacks left by buyers if I go to the seller dashboard, but not if I don't lo into my eBay account. This means all my buyers won't be able to see my rating , although they can still see the top rated seller badget stands by my account name.

I went into customer support option, I know I can contact eBay customer support by calling them, but I don't want to call eBay for this, I am afraid of being asked all kinds of stupid security questions if you know whatI mean.
Is there any way I can contact eBay customer support by email or send a message ? I don't see the option when I log into my eBay account though, the only option eBay gives me is to call them up, not even an online chat ...... Anyone has the same situation like this ? And how do I contact eBay customer support by emails ?

Sorry to hear about your feedback and technical troubles...
And yes, it would be best not to call eB ay directly unless you are prepared
to verify your identity (on a stealth account).
I have too noticed that the email/voice chat option-capability is gone,
and I have too noticed that they have gone of a more "call this number" approach.
During the latter part of last year, they have gone to lets say offshore "Call Center"
agents to handle these type of dirty issues in regards to accounts.
And these foreign "agents" sure do ask alot of questions and most of the time
and can't speak proper English, to go along with their attitude problems.

If you want to email them, well....I suggest this address,

Yes, I called eBay, they are very nice to me and apologize to me saying this is a site issue that they are currently working on, sorry about this ... That's all ... :FF:
