Sorry to hear about your feedback and technical troubles...
And yes, it would be best not to call eB ay directly unless you are prepared
to verify your identity (on a stealth account).
I have too noticed that the email/voice chat option-capability is gone,
and I have too noticed that they have gone of a more "call this number" approach.
During the latter part of last year, they have gone to lets say offshore "Call Center"
agents to handle these type of dirty issues in regards to accounts.
And these foreign "agents" sure do ask alot of questions and most of the time
and can't speak proper English, to go along with their attitude problems.
If you want to email them, well....I suggest this address,
