Default Ebay fees due no founds in paypal

Hi
I have just received a message form ebay saying that my fees are overdue on my stealth!

The problem is because the account has a 21 day hold there is no actual money available on the linked paypal account!!!!!

I have also noticed that payments form the ebay- paypal will be deducted form my real bank account and if there isnt any funds form the vcc wich only has a few pounds left into it

Can anyone suggest what i should do?

How do i go around this?

If i manage to transfer some money form a non stealth account into my paypal would this link the two?

How do i ensure that the payment is taken form the balance and not from my bank account?

HELP!

First - take it easy, niceneasy.

Get a new preloaded gift card (or vcc) and do a one time payment to eb for your seller fees.

If you transfer some money one time, it wont necessarily link the two (I have done this) but it's prob better just to pay off eb directly with gift card.

You don't need to remove anything.

Make a one-time payment on eBay for the fee's, then your sorted!

Go to the post office and get a postal order. Send it to Ebay payments section in Worthing registered for next day delivery. The address is available in the payment section of your Ebay seller account. Takes less than 24 hours and is all sorted - you don't need a C/Card

A classic example of the perils of using paypal for fees

Choices:
Money order sent registered post.
One off payment with vcc (no need to 'touch' existing cards on paypal)

Whe you get over this hurdle look at changing your method of paying fees. Look at the panic you are in all because you have given paypal access to a bank account.

Sort the fees.

Think this shows the reasons to always be making payments towards the fee's throughout the month.

1 of my accounts, the fee's are always over £1200 a month, yet I guarantee every invoice I get on the 1st of the month is always in credit by a few quid.

I pay some off every day. Makes it not seem so bad either!

@MeVebay,

Sound approach.

Control YOUR money ever let paypal/ebay control it.

I always leave enough in Paypal for stealth accounts. When I make a withdrawal from Paypal I look at my Ebay fees first and leave another 100$ there for to cover shipping for the next order as well ( Express Mail International goes up to 80$ ).

Never had a problem.

My stronger accounts that high fees 200-400$ are on my real name, so I don't worry about Bank Name not matching Paypal name

I do the same thing. I leave enough or almost enough in the account to cover the fees.
If the account is a solid one and money is coming and going I can stretch that a bit because I know later in the month I can earn those fees back quickly.

But my first thought is to cover the fees. But not let them hold a ton of money either, again solid accounts with good cash flow I will invest the money and get it back into the account when the payment is due.

I dont have a problem with this method either.
