Email from ebay rep directly to registered email?
 

So I got an email on an old account that got linked just a few days ago and this was directly from an ebay rep. I never saw this before. Is this normal that ebay reps email you now for incorrect address?

This administrative email was sent to myemail@myemail.com from eBay. As outlined in our User Agreement, eBay will periodically send you required emails about site changes, site enhancements, and your transactions. If he is higher up the banana tree than the usual staff you deal with, you get such emails.

Some buyer trying to be nice just caused an account to come under scrutiny all for the sake of a phake address.

i thought maybe ebay just had a specific rep for all of kango's accounts. :pound:

to everyone else out there, this is reason why you need access to the address you have on file with ebay

The ebay rep emailed me directly to my email and not from an ebay message.

Was this sent to a non usa resident? Ebay in other locales seem to have better service and deal more personally have got that email before

I sent it in the usa to a usa person.
