If someone were to report your listing, how long does it take for ebay to take it down(if the listing actually violated a policy)(not saying that it does, hehe)

I guess it would depend on how busy they are. Probably their usual 24-48 hours at a guess.

Sometimes very quickly if reported early in the morn.

Could take a few days before you see a hit.

Sometimes nothing will happen. Just because another user has a problem with you does not mean that eBay will act on it. It would be different if a VERO member reported you.

All you can really do is wait and see.
