Default Selling Limits Help..

Ok so i'm making some new accounts. Recent ones i have made have a 10 item selling limit, and when i try to lift, it asks me to receive a letter, which i can't (stealth address).

Yet some accounts just ask me to confirm deposits (which is fine).

My question is, how do i make it so all they want is deposits, and i can just sell up to 100?

Usually i make the paypal in conjunction with the ebay account (so it auto fills in the info).

But my friend said to verify the paypal first, then link it?

Does anyone know
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

It's hit and miss with raising selling limits. It looks like the pin code procedure is being done at random.

If you're going to attempt to lift limits you must have access to the address.

Best to verify first but many people have low limits - these limits go up as time goes on and you build reputation.

We're all looking at trends.

dharvey & the others have done good work supplying info to dissect.

Hoping for consistency from paypal/ebay

Well the 3 most recent accounts I went to lift them on 2 of the 3 got hit with the 'we'll send you a pin'

All accounts were 2-3 months old with 5+ selling history

^^ How did you make the account? Did you do it through ebay, or verify first?

No selling history on any of them. 1 of them was 5 weeks old. The other 2 were less than a week old!

I am going to keep creating accounts to get a better trend as its obv. not consistent with only 3 accounts. The areas I have had the addresses in are spread around the country aswell (not sure if this has anything to do with it)

I've just managed to raise them on a new account with no selling history.

It appears to be random to me....

Yes seems very random! It must be something like every 'x' amount of accounts they do 2 or 3 or something like that.

I think the reason its random at the moment that this is a trial they are running and if its found that it is throwing up a certain percentage of mail being returned then they may well implement it across the board for reasons we can all too well assume.

It all in their risk assessment programme is my guess.

Just have to wait and see.

If it ends up that lots of mail gets returned everyone will have to make sure they have access to the address

I guess everyones definition of stealth is different, I and many others would not consider relatives.

I'll tell you why I think it's not stealth imagine you go down on that account with a brothers name on for any reason! - thats your account gone and your brothers name ruined on e/b p/p - doesn't seem stealthy to me.
